This Refund Policy is in place to ensure
theHostingPower.com is able to provide the highest level of service possible.
By registering for any of theHostingPower.com services, you are stating that you have read and accept
all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

New Accounts. |

We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all new hosting accounts.
Should you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first
30 days of holding an active account, we will refund your money in full unless otherwise specified at,
or prior to, the time of purchase excluding setup fees.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:
the account order is cancelled prior to activation;
the domain name was not available from the InterNIC.
Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of
our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.

Domain Names. |

|
All newly purchased domain names are final sale at the time of purchase.
You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full.
Customer should verify correct spelling and number of years.
Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and
therefore not subject to refunds.
Domain Name purchases are subject to refunds under one condition only. If the domain name requested
is currently registered by another individual, you will be given the choice of receiving a refund
in full for the purchased domain name or a credit to put towards either the purchase of another
domain name or some other theHostingPower.com service.

Service Renewals. |

A refund may be requested for money paid in advance and not used.
Refunds for web hosting account renewals will be granted to customers
requesting a cancellation of their service no later than five (5) days after the renewal date.

Domain Name Renewals. |
|
|
All domain name registrations may renew automatically or manually by the customer.
Every customer have easy to use tools in account panel to activate automatically renew domain option.
Should you wish not to renew/drop your domain(s), just set NO it renew menu (that should be done prior to the renewal date).
Failure to cancel the domain name renewal procedure prior to the renewal date will result
in non-refundable renewal of the domain name registration.
All cancellations must be received as per the deadlines indicated;
regular mail, e-mail, billing panel menu option modificated by the customer and fax notifications are acceptable.
Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
theHostingPower.com reserves the right to change these policies without prior notice or warning.
